MERGENT SELECTS WALL STREET HORIZON TO SUPPLY EARNINGS CALENDARS

Boston, MA, October 1, 2005 - Wall Street Horizon, Inc., a leading provider of earnings event and calendar information to the investment industry, announced today that Mergent, Inc., a leading provider of global business and financial information on publicly traded companies, has selected Wall Street Horizon as its content distribution source for corporate events information. The agreement calls for Wall Street Horizon to contribute to Mergent's comprehensive online financial database, Mergent Online(tm). Now, Mergent's customers will be able to know in advance when major earnings events will occur.

Wall Street Horizon's U.S. events calendar will be used as Mergent's core data source for earnings calendars. Wall Street Horizon collects event information from over 5,000 U.S. public companies and is the only company that personally verifies them by trained analysts.
